The staff was attentive and kind. the location was ideal with easy access to the metro. breakfast included delicious choices and fresh pastries. i especially loved the adorable resident cat roaming the lobby. It added a nice familial touch.

I was impressed with the secure parking. It gave me so much peace of mind. the staff booked taxis for us, a very useful service. i would definitely come back again!!!
The english tea bags were not available. Only tea you strain was provided. it didn't taste very nice for me.

The staff was very nice and were really good too meet our needs.
The bed was a very small double for two people (which was quite a surprise). The chromecast was missing from the TV, and the tea and coffee equipment did not work.

The room was very clean daily. A receptionist, Alex, provided a great recommendation for a Jazz Club. Sophia, another staff member, offered an umbrella when I went out one morning. She also minded my luggage prior to my departure.

i found the staff very cute and helpful the whole time i was there. the hotel has a pretty courtyard offering a quiet escape. the included breakfast featured fresh bio options i definitely enjoyed. my room had an in-room coffee press for morning coffee.
the room lacked a mini fridge this was a very minor inconvenience

I found the lobby to be quite outdated. it resembled a hospital waiting area. the bathroom lacked a shower enclosure, so water spread everywhere after showering. the towels were also inadequate. Only one large and two small towels were provided despite my requests for more.

the staff were very nice and met my needs.
the bed was small for two people, and the chromecast was missing from the tv (i really wanted to watch something in the evening). the french press didn't work properly because it was old, so it didn't filter the coffee well. it was annoying.
